Rate Information and Terms

We generally require a 3 night minimum stay. Exceptions can be made if we are not booked.

May 20 - September 30 [Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.]
  $135.00 for two people per night.
$20.00 each additional person per night.		  
October 15 - May 19 [Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.]
  $105.00 for two people per night.
$20.00 each additional person per night.		  

Holiday rates of $120 per night apply during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Weekly rates are a 10% discount on total price.
Monthly rates are available.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to your reserved dates. Partial refunds for cancellations will be given up to 14 days prior to your reserved dates. We accept major credit cards.

We are a non-smoking facility. No pets, please.
