Crown Butte Mines: When a controversial gold mine was proposed in the Beartooth Mountains of southcentral Montana, K Communication provided on the ground assistance to a mining company to research, write, and assess environmental and community impacts. We worked closely with the public, and numerous local, state, and federal agencies to trouble shoot and define mitigation efforts.
Park County Commission: K Communication facilitated public input into the development and writing of a growth policy for Park County. We facilitate public meetings, organized timelines for project completion, worked with the many entities involved in the document, and served as a liaison between the public, the Park County Planning Office, and the Park County Commission.
Allied Engineering: When an engineering firm needed immediate assistance to meet a deadline for submittal of a subdivision application to a local planning board, K Communication was there to review and edit the application, complete additional research, make recommendations on strengthening the application, and trouble-shoot weak areas. We ensured that all appendices, figures, and tables met expectations of the reviewing board. Our work was completed for the firm within four days.
